1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the websites, applications, and services developed and maintained by AN3 Tech, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. AN3 Tech Services (General Rules)

Our services are designed to provide high-performance technological solutions (SaaS, Mobile, and Web). It is strictly forbidden to use our platforms for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or to transmit malicious code. AN3 Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

3. Specific Terms: OrçaMe App

The OrçaMe app is a productivity tool for generating quotes and commercial proposals. The use of OrçaMe is subject to the following complementary rules:

• PRO Subscription: OrçaMe operates on a Freemium model. Advanced features are available via subscription (PRO Plan). Billing, automatic renewal, and cancellations are processed exclusively by the app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). Subscription cancellations must be done directly in the respective store's settings.
• Responsibility for Information: AN3 Tech acts only as the provider of the technological tool. We are not responsible for the values, services, descriptions, or commercial agreements made between you (user) and your clients through the quotes generated in the app.
• Storage and Backup: Cloud synchronization and secure backup are exclusive features of the PRO plan. Free plan users are responsible for backing up their data locally, and AN3 Tech is not responsible for the loss of quotes or client data in the event of app uninstallation or device loss on the free plan.

4. Intellectual Property

All content present on our websites and applications (including source code, text, graphics, logos, icons, and interfaces) is the exclusive property of AN3 Tech and is protected by copyright laws. The user retains full ownership of the client and quote data entered into our applications.

5. Limitation of Liability

AN3 Tech does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Under no circumstances will we be liable for lost profits, data loss, or other indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. We recommend that you review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
